Job Overview

The BDE will sell Flexera Global’s full portfolio of services and software, while focusing on a specific list of enterprise and strategic clients. Assigned clients are primarily net new targets. The BDE will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, create and execute account strategies, close enterprise-level deals and manage customer expansion. He/She is responsible for the ongoing identification, development, and assessment of opportunities in enterprise and strategic accounts in the North American market. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will have accountability of generating business in excess of $3-4M+ in revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Applies and leverages Flexera Global sales processes, solution selling and account management practices.
  • Responsible for generating sales in excess of $3-4M per year of IT consulting services.
  • Candidate should possess a strong suite of client relationships (Fortune 500, CIOs, Senior Information Systems Executives, and Senior Business Executives) as well as industry relationships (software vendors, integrators).
  • Has a “hunter” mentality – loves to cold call and open new accounts – requires strong phone skills.
  • Leads and manages customer engagement opportunities from lead generation, to deal review, to negotiations and closing a deal.
  • 3+ years account management experience.

Qualifications

  • Years of experience: 8-10+ years of services sales or professional consulting experience.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment at Fortune 500 clients.
  • Knowledge of/experience with structured sales methodologies, e.g., strategic selling, solution selling, SPIN, power based selling and target account selling.
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and listening skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.

Job Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the business development efforts of our team at Flexera Global. Successful candidates will be highly motivated self-starters able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, social media, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach and influence decision makers is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified prospects, generate conversations and set up meetings, etc. via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media in order to introduce Flexera Global and our solutions and capability to appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects’ pain points to identify how Flexera Global solutions will benefit their business.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in conjunction with Flexera leadership in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with Flexera leaders and engineers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate to customers and Flexera staff effectively.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Overview

The Technical Architect is responsible for successful implementation of the project from a technical perspective. The technical architect will coach the team and use the team members to design and develop the project deliverables. The architect will be responsible for identifying technical risks early in the project and find ways to work around them during the implementation. This job requires relevant hands-on experience with associated cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Engage on client projects as a trusted advisor and architect to address client questions, make architecture recommendations, educate client team and support the delivery team on the project.
  • Assist with solution planning for new clients and translate business requirements into a technical approach that utilizes strong design and development patterns and frameworks.
  • Maintain strong hands-on skills with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and stay current on MuleSoft products, strategies, and good practices by maintaining relationships with the MuleSoft product teams, interacting regularly with the overall MuleSoft community, and proactively pursuing training opportunities as needed.
  • Apply API-led connectivity concepts to business initiatives to help organizations achieve goals with APIs.
  • Oversee all phases of the development life cycle on client engagements, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, transition, and support.
  • Help manage the technical scope on engagements to prevent scope creep and deviation from contract.
  • Follow good practices and project guidelines in all cases including the use of source code control, automated testing and deployment approaches, test-case-based development, and proper documentation practices.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years leading technology teams in development efforts that are governed by timeline, scope, and budget
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions related to enterprise integration, APIs, service-oriented architecture, and technology modernizations (iPass, Dell Boomi)
  • A minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (on premise or CloudHub, but prefer exposure to both)
  • Understanding of architectural concepts for MuleSoft implementations including encryption, security, logging, throttling, scalability, clustering and securing solutions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into a comprehensive, well-formed technical design
  • Excellent written and verbal skills are essential. The candidate must possess the ability to speak intelligently to client teams to educate them on concepts related to MuleSoft or general API-led integration
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly. Ability to methodically step through problems to understand where the problem originates and how to best resolve it
  • Experience with continuous integration and test tools such as Maven and Hudson in a Java/SOA environment
  • Experience working with source code control systems
  • Competency within UNIX and Linux environments for general SOA troubleshooting and OS navigation
  • Strong understanding of common business processes that will be the foundation of many solutions
  • Experience working closely with business users and helping them make critical decisions that will influence the solution by explaining options, concepts and best practices
  • Understanding of project priorities, timelines, budget, and deliverables and the need to proactively push yourself and others to achieve project goals
